Meditation 1-on-1 · group
Meditation isn’t "thinking of nothing." It’s learning to observe your thoughts instead of being dragged along by them.
What this is
Meditation isn’t "thinking of nothing." It’s learning to observe your thoughts instead of being dragged along by them — the foundation of all inner work, and where Awareness and Practice truly begin.
I teach in the Vipassana tradition: starting with Anapana breath awareness, practising bringing attention back to the body, then watching thoughts arise and watching them pass. No belief system required, no lotus position — a chair is fine.
There are three formats: an intro class (90 minutes, all the foundations in one sitting), a weekly group class (we sit together for an hour), and 1-on-1 (a practice designed around where you are). Most people start with the intro class.

Frequently asked
I have zero experience. Is that okay?
Yes. The intro class is designed exactly for that — 90 minutes covering all the foundations, and afterwards you can join the group class any week.
How long is a class?
Group classes and 1-on-1 are 60 minutes. The intro class is 90 minutes.
How is this different from an app?
You sit with other people, you can ask questions, and I can see where you’re stuck. People who can’t last two weeks with an app usually aren’t lacking effort — they’re lacking those two things.
How long until I feel something?
Most people notice within two or three weeks: "I can see my thoughts now." But "feeling something" isn’t the goal — sitting down is.
What is Vipassana?
Vipassana is the deeper layer of training — not just relaxing, but truly seeing how your mind operates. It starts with Anapana breath awareness, then moves into observing bodily sensations and thoughts.
What do I need?
Zoom, a chair, and thirty undisturbed minutes. No lotus position, no cushion.
