About

We are not healers.
We are soul coaches.

We don’t sell dependence — we teach freedom. We believe everyone carries the capacity to heal themselves; it is only buried under noise. We hand you the map, practise beside you, and let you grow the strength to heal yourself.

若水Sītanadī

Soul coach · Founder of Moksha

सीतनदीHer Chinese name, 若水 (Ruoshui), comes from the Taoist line "the highest good is like water" — turning inward, flowing clear. Sītanadī is Pali and Sanskrit for "cool river": a clear, tranquil stream.

I spent years circling in my own fog. I tried almost everything: a master’s degree in counseling psychology, an IHA hypnotherapist certification, Jungian depth-coaching training, even a full year of narrative therapy on myself.

Practice after practice, one day it finally landed: every method was still orbiting the illusion called "me." The real work is waking up from that illusion. Moksha is where I turned that path into a place I can walk with others.

Before tasting real freedom

I spent years circling in my own fog. I tried almost everything: a master’s degree in counseling psychology, an IHA hypnotherapist certification, Jungian depth-coaching training — even a full year of narrative therapy on myself.

Practice after practice, one day it finally landed: every method was still orbiting the illusion called “me.” The real work is waking up from that illusion.

Moksha is a practice ground

Not a heaven, not a shelter — a space where you can safely practise remembering who you really are.

You were whole to begin with. Our work isn’t to fix you; it is to help you remove the noise that keeps you from seeing your own wholeness.

No one wakes up all at once. Freedom is the moment, each day, when you choose to face yourself. Moksha is where you practise that.

We give you tools and a map — but the walking is yours. The final answer is always inside you; we only keep you company while you find it.

“Freedom is not arriving somewhere.
Freedom is the way you practise.”

自由不是到達某個地方,自由是你練習的方式。
