What is Moksha? Are you healers?
Moksha Soul Studio is a practice ground. We are not healers — we are soul coaches. We don’t sell dependence; we hand you a map, practise beside you, and let you grow the strength to heal yourself.
I’m completely new to all of this. Where do I start?
Start with The Path page, or the one-minute three-question quiz. Still unsure? Book a free 15-minute consult and we’ll find your starting point together. No sales pitch.
Is everything online?
Mostly online via Zoom — every time zone welcome. If you’re in New York, 1-on-1 sessions can also happen in person.
What languages do you work in?
English and Mandarin Chinese, whichever you prefer.
How do I pay?
Once your time is confirmed, you’ll receive a payment link. We currently process payments through Stan Store; credit cards accepted.
Rescheduling or cancelling?
Email at least 48 hours ahead to reschedule. Cancelling within 48 hours, or not showing up, counts as a completed session.
Can this replace therapy or medical care?
No. We are not medical or mental-health professionals; these services are for personal growth and self-exploration, and cannot replace medical or psychological treatment. If you are in treatment, this can run alongside it — just let us know first.
Soul Healing & Reading
Service page →How is this different from an Akashic reading or ThetaHealing on their own?
They are two components of this method. An Akashic reading alone gives you a lot of "seeing" but not necessarily a way to work with it; ThetaHealing alone works on beliefs without always knowing where they came from. Joining the two — and structuring them with Jung’s framework — is Soul Healing.
Is what you read accurate?
I don’t measure it by "accuracy." What I read is an image, a set of relationships, a pattern; whether it lands is something your body tells you in the moment — usually an "oh, yes, that’s it," or a sudden sting behind the eyes. If nothing resonates, we simply try another doorway.
How is it different from fortune-telling?
Fortune-telling tells you what will happen. We don’t predict the future — we look at what you came in carrying, how it operates, and how you can live with it differently.
Do I need to prepare questions?
One theme you genuinely want to see clearly is enough. The intake form helps you narrow it down. No need for a long list.
How is this different from therapy?
I’m not a licensed psychotherapist and this is not psychotherapy. If you’re in treatment, this can run alongside it as a complement — it can’t replace it.
Does doing it online weaken the work?
No. Neither the reading nor the healing depends on physical touch; being in your own familiar space often makes it easier to relax.

Past-Life Regression
Service page →Will hypnosis control me? Could I do something I don’t want to?
No. Regression uses a light state of relaxation: you know where you are the whole time, you can hear my voice, and you can open your eyes and stop at any moment. You won’t say anything you don’t want to say.
I don’t believe in past lives. Can I still do this?
Yes. Treat it as your subconscious speaking in stories. Many people who come don’t believe in past lives — but they believe their own body’s responses.
What if nothing comes up?
That’s usually from trying too hard to "see." We switch the doorway to body sensation or emotion instead — that is regression too, and often more direct.
Does doing it online weaken it?
No. Regression relies on voice guidance and your own relaxation, not physical touch. On your own bed or sofa, many people drop in more easily.
Is one session enough, or do I need several?
Most people work through one theme per session. For some, once is enough; others come back months later for another theme. I won’t push you toward a package.
Could I feel worse afterwards?
Every regression ends with integration — I make sure you’re back in the present and steady before we close. You may feel tired or tender for a day or two; that’s normal, and the summary includes a small settling practice.

Meditation
Service page →I have zero experience. Is that okay?
Yes. The intro class is designed exactly for that — 90 minutes covering all the foundations, and afterwards you can join the group class any week.
How long is a class?
Group classes and 1-on-1 are 60 minutes. The intro class is 90 minutes.
How is this different from an app?
You sit with other people, you can ask questions, and I can see where you’re stuck. People who can’t last two weeks with an app usually aren’t lacking effort — they’re lacking those two things.
How long until I feel something?
Most people notice within two or three weeks: "I can see my thoughts now." But "feeling something" isn’t the goal — sitting down is.
What is Vipassana?
Vipassana is the deeper layer of training — not just relaxing, but truly seeing how your mind operates. It starts with Anapana breath awareness, then moves into observing bodily sensations and thoughts.
What do I need?
Zoom, a chair, and thirty undisturbed minutes. No lotus position, no cushion.
