The Path

Every road leads
to the same place.

The Path is not three courses. It is a map: where you are now, and what comes next. Every stage has a clear starting point, and you can begin at any of them.

Stage one 植覺

In a chaotic world, plant the first seed of clarity.

Awareness

The first step toward freedom is seeing. Before changing anything, see your original design clearly — personality structure, emotional patterns, habitual reactions. Awareness is planting that seed of clarity in the field of the heart.

You are at this stage if you often say: "I don’t know why I’m like this."

Free: Emotional awareness journal · 12-minute guided meditation
Stage two 習坐

True courage is sitting still with your own shadow.

Practice

Knowing isn’t enough — you need practice. Practice means sitting down every day to face the parts you’ve been avoiding; not to defeat them, but to learn to stay with them. Shadows are not destroyed. They are integrated.

You are at this stage if you often say: "I know what the problem is — I just can’t do it."

Stage three 蒔光

When the field is clear, cultivate light and let the soul bloom.

Cultivate

Once awareness is established and practice is daily, Cultivate is the deeper work — deeper courses, regular conversations, a stretch of road walked with someone beside you. Not a single session, but the path of awakening walked together. The work here is true liberation.

You are at this stage if you often say: "I’m steady now — but I know there’s another layer."

Suggested starting point
Inner Circle

自由不是到達某個地方,自由是你練習的方式。

Freedom is not arriving somewhere.
Freedom is the way you practise.
