Practice

True courage is practising sitting still with your own shadow.

Knowing is not enough;
you need to practise.

Awareness lets you see; Practice lets you sit down and face it. After Awareness, you begin to recognise your patterns — Practice is sitting down each day to be with the parts you’ve been avoiding.

Not to destroy them, but to learn to integrate. Shadows aren’t eliminated — they’re integrated. Practice is the practice of that integration.

“Real courage isn’t the absence of fear.
It’s that even while afraid,
you still choose to sit down,
and stay with yourself.”

Vipassana Meditation
Vipassana & MBSR

“Observe sensation without reacting.
Let the surface of the mind become as calm as still water.”

Vipassana is a deeper level of training — not merely relaxation, but truly seeing how your mind works. Through sustained practice, you learn to watch sensations arise and pass, rather than being swept along by them.

MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) is a systematic, research-backed practice built on insight meditation — ideal for those who want to ground meditation in daily life.

Vipassana

A Course in Miracles
A Course in Miracles

“What changes is not the outer world,
but the way you see it.”

A Course in Miracles is a spiritual training system centred on forgiveness and shifting perception. It isn’t a religion and requires no faith background — only your willingness to ask: “What if I saw this another way?”

At Moksha, we bring the Course’s Workbook practice into daily life — one lesson a day, gradually loosening the beliefs that keep you stuck.
